[ICOM] Best HF rig under $900

I was investigating the <$1000 range too, looking for a back-up/portable/mobile rig that would be 
rugged and dependable, as well as versatile and high-performance. After considering dozens of 
candidates and seeking the advice of many, I've concluded that the ICOM IC-706MkIIG is the best HF 
rig under 1 kilobuck that fills those requirements..
