[ICOM] Too much extra messages

Hey Scott:
You and I know that the Icom reflector is one of the very few that are
configured kind of "ass backwards" to all the other reflectors. It should be
default set so that if we want to reply to the "whole reflector group" that
we would choose "reply to all" and if we want to reply to just the
individual person who posted that message, that we would choose "reply".
It would appear to me that somebody somewhere's got this whole thing
backwards because someone was complaining that they didn't see all of the
replies. I, personally much prefer to simply reply with my comments to the
original sender and "not" post to the whole list. It sure keeps a lot of
clutter off the list. Maybe there's some subscribers who are real "nosy" and
want to see all of that mess posted!
Again, why is the Icom reflector configured differently from say for
example the Collins reflector? Just my 2 cents worth.
