[ICOM] Too much extra messages

It would hep greatly if the reply settings were changed.
Unlike the vast MAJORITY of lists, when you press reply, it goes to the list
and not the sender.
Most lists you have to press "Reply To All" which sends to the sender and
the list.
I've seen so much clutter because of this setting which is the responsiblity
of Dick Flanagan - the list director who wants it this way.
My input? - It creates .
