OK, thanks.

Here is some more info: the rig will be able to receive low band VHF TV 
signals and display it on its color screen.
It will be a small stamp size picture but still it may be useful for 
some or in case of emergency to be able to tune to a local vhf tv 
station.

This is all done in the dsp so anything is possible. I think one of the 
Icom's earlier scanners was able to receive tv signals as well.
