[ICOM] New IC-7000 Group

Icom has a new designation here with the introduction of the 7800.
I would think from now on, we will see 4 digit radios such as 7800 or
the new 7000.
The name 706pro just does not sound right and something with just 7XX,
three letters is just, well old school.
