[ICOM] OPC-478 and CI-V update.

It works.  I have successfully converted an OPC-478 to a CI-V with a simple
adapter-connector.

Furthermore, I have used a laptop with no serial port, a USB-to-Serial
adapter, the OPC-478, and the adapter-connector running ICClone to download
the memory data from my IC-706 in the bedroom.

Anyone got a program good for manipulating data in an IC-R9000?
