ME TOO.....  I thought i was the only guy out there grinding LEDs!!!
My IC28,38,28( a second one)...  also my old PEET weather controller needed 
to get brightened up alot.

Also  my CDE roter controller....  had three leds over the meter...

I made several light bars to light up my console, but ended up scrapping 
due to not enough light...  maybe someday i'll try that again.. 
incandescent won.

after grinding to size , you can polish with 400 sandpaper..to regain focus.
