When you are in business and that is what Inrad
is, then receiving phone calls and emails is just
part of the business.
I have my own business and receive over 500
emails and several hundred calls a day and
glad I do because they make the business a success.

If you don't want to be bothered then get out of business.

George W2VJN has set up a reflector at Inrad
for anyone wanting to discuss possible new products.
Here is the list info page:

http://mail.inrad.net/mailman/listinfo/list_inrad.net

and a few comments from George:

"We are just getting started and our hope is that
the customers can help each other. We get some 50
or more emails every day in our Inrad mail. Just think
of what I could invent if I had less phone calls and
emails to answer."

Larry, get real.

If you answer 500 emails a day and several hundred phone calls a day, given
each effort is taking 2 minutes of your time, your on the phone and answering
emails

33 hours a day. You must be good!

Being a business owner, I'm sure that you value your time, and I'm
reasonably sure that each hour of your time is related to a dollar amount.

Anyone that spends as much wasted time as you do answering the phone and
emails, probably should seek a new career.....like a secretary.

Thanks for the reflector George. The idea is by far the best way to free up
your valuable time.

John / N0KHQ
