dealers can normally provide a copy of the instructions or I'm sure that you

In the PW1 brochure, it says the the 12 and 10 meter
frequencies are inhibited on the US version.  Does
anyone know if they offer, like most other
manufacturers, a way to enable output on these bands? 
If have been looking through all of the Icom
literature, but I can't find anything.
