[ICOM] Heil Microphone and 756ProIII

When I got an Icom 756 Pro III a month or so ago, I
already had the Heil microphone, so I contacted Bob
Heil to find out how to set it, like everyone has said
here, the best way is to have someone listen on-air.

COngrats on the PRO3...Great piece of technology...use
the digital metering system (push the meter button for
2 seconds) so you can see everything...Adjust mic gain
so the ALC flickers on peaks....
 
Adjust the transmit bandwidth to the WIDE position
with NO Compression and the EQ will start at -2 dB 
BASS and +5 dB treble.
