Noll,

You said the person reporting the clicks was a local?  Have you thought
about the fact that the person who mentioned it could have been experiencing
an overload on the receiver's front end?  An overloaded front end can
produce some strange sounds on CW.

I would work some stations further away asking for a critical critique of
the quality of your signal.

so far... only one. I believe the person who mentioned it as I have known
him for close to 40 years now and is pretty accurate in his assessments.
