[ICOM] 756 PRO II Audio problems

Hi Lawrence....

I am using the Icom PS-125.  I haven't checked the radio on transmit yet but 
it seems to work properly in every other regard.  I can hang a meter off of 
the power supply and verify the input voltage.  I am going to let it cool 
back to ambient overnight and see if it goes back to distortion when cold.
