[ICOM] 756 PRO II Audio problems

Greetings,

        Anybody have any experience with audio problems on a PRO II.  When 
cold it's distorted...even the speech synthesizer...no matter the volume 
level.  External speaker no better.  Once it warms up it returns to what I 
would expect to be normal.  Just purchased it...used from the original owner 
who has only owned it since Aug. 03.  We are half a country apart... of 
course.

Any recommendations as to where to send the thing for repair....that has a 
good reputation for not butchering radio's.  Hopefully under warranty...if 
we can work that out!
