[ICOM] faceplate latch replacement on 706

Hi John.
Yes the latch is still available. A couple of weeks ago this issue was  
extensively discussed on this Icom site.  The main issue  is:    There is a spring 
behind this latch that gets lost or  falls into the recesses of the control 
head. Look for the spring in the control  head. If you cannot find it, be sure 
that you order it along with the  latch.
