[ICOM] OT callsign "window"

I managed to delete a nifty window on top of the computer page that allows direct access to the QRZ
callsign lookup.  

This little window or tab only required that you place the mouse over it to get a vertical bar to flash and then to enter the desired call and it would go to QRZ
and look it up.  Clicking on the red X box would bring you back to where you came from.

I'd be grateful if someone could provide me with the
site from which I downloaded this little nifty application.
