[ICOM] Looking for parts for a 725 continued...

Bill:

When I called ICOM, I was only on hold for 3-4 minutes.  The gal in  
parts had to transfer me to service so the guy in service could look  
up the part numbers.  Then I had to be transferred back to the gal in  
parts, give her the part #s.  She had them in stock, took my name,  
address and Visa # and shipped them out the same day.  Your mileage  
may vary.

If you already have the part #, you should only have to talk to the  
gal in parts.
