[ICOM] re:tv on 7000

TV was easy--already had the screen, had the rcvr, and their wideband
scanners already had TV. A little software magic, then poof-- there is TV. A
no cost option. You don't HAVE to watch it. 220, on the otherhand, requires
changes/additions to the hardware itself. Other uses--looking at Ham TV, 2.4
GHz stuff etc. Wouldn't buy a separate rcvr, but if I already have it, I
