[ICOM] IC-765 Advice needed

I just replaced the PLL caps and aligned the voltage as described to 6.5
volts using a scope.

The transceiver still seems to be off freq about 1.2 KHz. like it was before
I replaced the caps. (the off freq problem happened over night a couple
weeks ago. I may not have fixed the problem? Using the marker and
calibration compensates some but not all the off frequency. Example if I am
on 3925 people hear me low about 1.2K

Recommendations?
