[ICOM] soundcard interface

Will the Rascal from BUXCOM work as a soundcard
interface for the Icom 718 to send and receive audio
to the soundcard of a remote computer with the Rascal
taking the audio from the Icom 718 to the Host
computer. I am having trouble getting the audio to and
from the Host computer to the remote computer.
