Hi Bill,
The V100 and U400 remoteable mobiles can be programmed in two different
ways:
1. They can be cloned from an H16 and U16, respectively.
2. One can plug an EX-494 programming keypad (similar in appearance to the
RC-10 keypad for the IC-751A) into the control head, and program the radio
with the keypad.
The V200 and U200 compact dash-mount mobiles can only be cloned from their
respective HT's.
I still have that entire family of radios. They are great on 2m and 70cm -
no intermod at all.
