[ICOM] IC-756PRO Dualwatch

The 756 original came out before the 746, and it was a replacement for the
Icom 736 which was HF and 6.  Adding 2 meters would probably be too hard for
a 756-requiring significant changes in the architecture, and would also
increase the cost.  Most contesters/DXers probably didn't care that the 756
series didn't have 2 meters.

You know, I gotta say this, after reading a lot on the
various models recently.

I am still scratching my head as to why in the world Icom
would drop the 2 meter band after the 746 and not have it
in the 756 series radios.

I don't think that was a good move, that would have really
made this radio even better than it already is.
