[ICOM] Cable from Icom 718 to PC soundcard

I need to interface my Icom 718 to the soundcard of my
PC for remote operation. The accessory socket on the
Icom 718 doesn't have variable level audio as I see
it, so I will have to go from microphone connector on
front of Icom 718 to PC sound card.

Does anyone know of the source for such a
connection/lashup commercially that will let the PC
send voice to Icom 718 and the 718 send received audio
to the PC and thus to the internet.

Buxcom recommended the IC13RY cable, but that goes
from the accessory socket on the rear of the 718 and
fthe audio in and out levels at that socket are not
variable so it seems a microphone connection will be
necessary to deldfiver proper variable levels to the
computer.

Any and all suggestions will be appreciated. Has
anyone set up such a connection between the 718 and
their PC? I have a RASCAL that I have used with my
icom 706MKIIG, but the 706MKIIG has variable levels of
audio at the accessory sockjet on the rear. YOUR
EXPERIENCE....HANDS ON will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and 73, John, K5PGW
