[ICOM] IC-756PRO RASCAL/Heil

I have a question about a digital interface for an ICOM
756PRO. I cant find any literature on it on the Buxcomm
Site. In fact that site confuses me terribly.

It is the RASCAL R-KW13RY.
Does this sound like the right one for the Icom 756PRO. 

Other question is about the microphone which is a Heil
hm-10 mic with a hc-5 cart, question is - is this the best
match up for the IC756PRO or is there a better one?
