[ICOM] 756ProII Freq Marker

Mike...Based on advice I received,  I lowered contrast to 45%, increased brightness to 73%, and 
adjusted horizon to 3.  It's not as bright as I'd like but it's way better than what it was, and 
certainly good enough for me.... Try playing with different setting combos, see if it gives you what 
you want. But alas, no yellow 8^)
