Before you send it in, if you haven't already, connect your radio to another
power supply and check all connections and terminals to insure those aren't
the cause of your problem.
I had the EXACT situation a few months ago. I was so close to boxing the
radio up, you wouldn't believe it. Then, I read a post on this reflector
that discussed how poor connections at the power supply can cause low or no
power indication. I had two identical Astron units. Swapped the PS to the
other unit and guess what???? Full power on all bands.
The problem turned out to be a loose, yet un-detectable, terminal
connection. I was sure glad I checked it before sending it in.

I have a 756 Pro II, works great but has very low output on all bands. Are
thier any good repair service shops on the U.S. East Coast? It is out of
warranty, unfortunately.
