[ICOM] ICOM 735 Service?

My ICOM 735 recently developed some sort of short on transmit. After a
couple of minutes in the transmit mode (even with no modulation) the
panel goes dim like something is suddenly pulling a bunch of current
from the PS. No sign of output, though. Works fine on receive and no
obvious damage under the covers (but I didn't dig into the PA). 

Does anyone know of someone willing to debug/repair a 20 year old '735?
