[ICOM] CW filter installation Icom 275H

Hello:
       I have managed to acquire an FL-83 cw filter for my Icom 275H, could anyone advise the amount of difficulty on installing it?  I am surprised it is a solder-in type filter, how does one get to the back of the board to solder it in?  Don't laugh, I tried to replace some burned out bulbs on the 275H and gave up, that was way more disassembly than I felt comfortable with.
