[ICOM] 756 lines in display

Hi John,
As I recall, it affects all IC-756's, as the source of the fault was the
Sanyo LCD display module. The Taiwanese replacement part should not have
this problem. Dick PA3DUV was able to order the replacement part from Icom
UK.
