Trying to program the tone board (ut-30) for my Icom 728 transceiver.

Just came off of the Icom site and I can't find a manual for an IC-UT-30
(Icom programmable tone board for the FM board).

Does anyone have a manual by chance (pdf).
Know where I can get one.
Know how to program this tone board.
