[ICOM] 781 spectrum display problem

As I remember they never were smack on center but off by the amount of 
offset. You especially noticed this in SSB modes either being below or 
above the displayed center frequency.
Seems to me the adjustment is in the service manual for the 781. Its a 
display driver board not an actual display adjustment. The service manual 
is a huge download from mods.dk about 33 megabytes in size..Even with 
comcast speed I was receiving it a 42.6 k bits a second so I stopped the 
download.

my spectrum display on my 781 is not centered on the frequency i am
