[ICOM] problem audio out 781

Hi gang wonder if anyone had trouble with the speaker 0utput on the 781 the 
rca jack in the rear has no audio coming out to the outboard speakers and 
the internal speaker is not working but the headphone jack on the front 
panel works fine.
     I tried traceing on the schmatic and  have a problem finding the 
output on it .it looks like I should be checking af pa IC 23 but I can not 
find it on the drawings in the service manual. I read should be on logic 
board B
   I would appreciate any help on locating this chip or any help with this 
problem.
