The IC-970 is an older radio, worth almost nothing any more.  In order to
save you the bother of properly disposing of it, just send it to me for
proper disposal.  I will even offer to pay your shipping cost.

You will be much better off with that ugly kenmore.  <grin>

I would keep the 970 no matter - if you have not guessed that by now.
