[ICOM] CI-V "transceiver" mode?

They all do... Any radio that supports CI-V also supports the
"transceive" mode...

Some of the older rigs either use a DIP switch or diode...

Re the analog voltage band indication... It's still supported for
backwards compatability with older accessories, but it pre-dates WARC.
It's not the way to do it now... And hasn't been for 20 years. At some
point Icom will likely stop supporting it anyway.
