[ICOM] CI-V "transceiver" mode?

Hello Mike,
Submit it to the NCJ, aka National Contest Journal, c/o Karl Luetzelschwab,
K9LA, editor at ncjweb.com. They even published a couple of my articles
(don't know if that is or is not an endorsement!).
