[ICOM] IC-910 software

Hello Gordon, I read about your request for software to program channels and
control your IC-910H. This software on the website I am forwarding is free
and looks like the radio on your screen. I use the 706 and 746 rig "skins".
This software however does not program the channels, but only does the rig
