Gary's post reminded me of some information I have seen but can no longer 
find about limiting power output of ICOM gear by injection of certain voltages to 
one of the ACC pins.  Using this method allowed specific and exact output 
power limitations for QRPp or driving a transverter.   Anybody have this info 
available?
