[ICOM] AH-3 use with Collins KWM-2

I am interested in using my KWM-2 in a mobile with a 102" whip
antenna.  Will the AH-3 tune that antenna, and more importantly is
there a way to control the AH-3 to tell it to tune for a KWM-2?
