Hi there, try Ham Radio Delux, it's a good piece of software that is also
free!! Download it and see if its what you need, easier than me writing a
1000 words here!!

You can get it on : http://hrd.ham-radio.ch/

It will give you a host of PC controllable items including PSFK etc.
