...try the NE25139 from California laboratories.
The generic number is NE251 and the last 2 numbers indicate the package, so
that any available should fit. I used them up to 1300 MHz with good results
and they have a lower NF than the SK types. These BTW, were originally a
family originated by the now defunct RCA (SKxxx was their in-house series of
numbers for FET's)
