[ICOM] IC-756PRO RF out problem.

I've had several rigs with QSK and when the power supply pass transistor was
about to blow, the QSK sounded like what you mentioned. Next time it
happened (other brand) I knew what to fix before it blew out.

Had a similar problem with an IC746. The power supply lost regulation.
Check the power supply output voltage under various load conditions.
