[ICOM] IC-756PRO RF out problem.

At first I lost 50% of my RF output as shown on internal and external RF 
meter.

Now, I lost other 50%. When I send dots (20wpm) into a dumy load, the 
display is
not dimming but when I send dash, the display gets dark.

I have not ordered a service manual as yet, so I am in the dark 
regarding this radio.

Is this a power supply problem or a RF load problem?

The 50% RF loss happened before but for no reason, the radio fixed itself.

Did anybody run into this kind of problem before?
