[ICOM] 756ProIII QSK pops

I have just started playing with a new 756ProIII and noticed an annoying
"pop" at the moment the rig goes back into rx when running QSK mode.  It
sounds like a loud static pulse, almost like the AGC is not staying at the
same level it was prior to the transmit.  Anyone else seen this and is there
a cure or setting to make it better?  Never noticed anything like it with
other rigs.
