[ICOM] 756 ProII CI-V address

Hi Paul:

You are correct, I just tried it.  In my case "RTM" should have been "rtAm" 
as in read ALL of the manual, not just the example shown in large print. :-) 
I had never changed my ProII from the default 64h.
