[ICOM] 756 ProII CI-V address

Hi Larry:
According to my IC-756 Pro II manual, and the "CI-V Baud Rate" menu on the
radio, the only two choices for the CI-V address is 64h & 7Fh.
"100" does not appear to be a valid CI-V address for any Icom radio that I
can find.
