[ICOM] Icom 756 PRO III and LCD Monitor Noise

The LCD should not cause interference to anything in the station. But, some  
of the station equipment could cause the LCD to "ripple". My HAM-M rotor does, 
 but not a big issue as its on for only seconds as I rotate the beam.
