[ICOM] Time to upgrade the SP-20 SPKR

I am using the SP23 for my IC756pro2.  It is basically the same construction
and function as the SP20 but with a smaller size matching my rig.

It has two inputs plus high pass and low pass filters.  The local price here
is USD139.
