[ICOM] Time to upgrade the SP-20 SPKR

TNX, Dave. After my post I discovered that there was
an SP-23 speaker with filters which I suspected could
be the needed item. However, I have been unable to
find a picture or verification until now.

I think the filters knock out hiss and the like which
the Soundssweet is reported to do. I hope the SP-23
still has the two radio inputs.
