[ICOM] Changing PS-125 from 110v to Euro power

The informating given previously is correct for changing the PS-125 from 110v to 220v by changing the internal jumper from the 100v to the 200v position. There is also a 10A fuse in series with the mains. For safety reasons shouldn't this fuse be changed to 5 or 6 amps when the jumper is moved?
