[ICOM] Mic wiring required HM-14

Hi gary

The HM-14 is now repaired and working fine. Thanks for
all the help. Yes, pin 2 was wired for the 8 volts. Green and
Blue were the PTT leads on 5 and 6. My friend Judy says thanks
for the help, as it was her mic.       :-)
