[ICOM] IC-775DSP Serial Number

A thing that confuses things up is that non DSP versions was upgraded 
to DSP versions and at the same time was modified to final version at 
the end of the 775's sale period. My is 14xx aand one sold just a year 
before the 775 was discontinued. And yes in EU.
